All our platform infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) facilities within Virtual Private Clouds “VPC” that we configure and manage to shield against unauthorized network requests. Encrypted Transmission
All user data is transported securely, encrypted both in transit and at rest, providing protection against events such as unauthorized modification and man-in-the-middle attacks. We utilize 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.2 encryption and industry-standard AES-256 algorithms.
Platform Architecture Design
Our platform follows microservices architecture design principles, which means our services and their underlying backend components are decoupled from each other. This arrangement allows us to automatically scale infrastructure based on demand, minimizing impact on business operations.
Infrastructure resources are crafted directly from code instructions, a practice called “Infrastructure as Code” (IaC). The backend infrastructure is regularly updated as part of our continuous deployment pipeline, ensuring consistent and version-controlled environments.
Platform Reliability
We’ve designed our platform to be highly available and fault-tolerant. Continuous monitoring allows automatic, prioritized alerts to be sent directly to the responsible teams for swift action.
